General Zia ul-Haq, the military dictator condemned most of the history of Pakistan, any idea of this amendment with the law against blasphemy will be a “divine law” within decades of his death. According to this amendment to satisfy the clergy, which was one of the sources of strength and legitimacy, which strengthened at the expense of the country. This law was a man-made by both definition and there were voices of opposition calls for a re-write the procedure in order to minimize the potential for misuse for personal reasons.
